VLAHO HRDALO

Vlaho Hrdalo is a lawyer with over 13 years of experience. In 2008 he graduated from University of Zagreb obtaining the master of law degree. He passed the bar exam in 2011 with an 86% score. Soon after he finished the postgraduate interdisciplinary studies in Diplomacy organized by the Ministry of Foreign and European affairs of Croatia with the final thesis on digital privacy. Vlaho is teaching Consular law at the University of Zagreb. He is the President of Croatian Bar Association’s Legal tech working group and the Chairman of Croatian Union for blockchain and cryptocurrencies (UBIK.hr).
IVAN KRNIC

Ivan Krnic finished University of Zagreb, Faculty of law in 2008 and passed a bar exam in 2011. He also majored at London School of Business and Finance. He has been admitted to the Croatian Bar Association since 2009 and is serving as one of the members of CBA's Legal tech working group.
KARLA KRMPOTIĆ
Legal Associate
Karla has finished the Faculty of law of the University of Zagreb in 2022 with the thesis on dispute resolution on the blockchain. She started working at Hrdalo & Krnic immediately after graduating. Karla is an accomplished singer with an active musical career.
IVAN PITON
Business Development
Ivan has been involved in the business development of IT and legal tech companies since his early 20s. He has collaborated with numerous ventures in Croatia and abroad helping them reach new clients. He has joined Hrdalo & Krnic law firm in 2022.
